Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may contact us on 0800 612 3210.
Orders under £500 cannot be made online, please contact us directly on 0800 612 3210 if your order is below £500
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling All orders over £500 include free delivery subject to review of the destination postcode and dimensions of the order.
Orders under £500 are charged £50 for delivery subject to review of the destination postcode and dimensions of the order.
Single items and or small orders requiring more than 2000mm of space to will probably incur a delivery surcharge, you will be contacted before your payment is taken with a quote for delivery if this is the case.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 7 business days, second hand equipment may take up to 14.
Unless your items are sent via post or parcel courrier you must be able unload the goods using a suitable forklift truck.
We must be given notice if suitable acces is not available for certain sized vehicles.
Our deliveries are made on business days Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm. If you need deliveries outside these times or are not available during these hours you must let us know at the time of your order.
If you believe the goods have been damaged in transit the delivery note must indicate this, please do not sign for a delivery as "unchecked".
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
